H¡ Radik! Здесь словопропускать употреблено в значенииskip, как вen-версии учебника:
to make for..in loop over user, and also Object.keys and Object.values,to skip properties starting with an underscore —
то есть ловушкаownKeys заставляетfor..in,Object.keys иObject.values не показывать (пропускать) свойства,
начинающиеся с подчёркивания, как бы "защищает" или "скрывает" их, оставляя видимыми только публичные поля✅
