This brings the Svelte CLI to feature‑parity with the React version for update checks, allowing developers to audit changes before applying them.
Usagenpx shadcn-svelte diff [component] ornpx shadcn-svelte diff to list all changes

Hey@jijamik -@AdrianGonz97 who maintains the CLI is currently dealing with some vision issues so I'm not 100% sure when he'll be able to review this. Just letting you know so you don't think we're ignoring you!

Sorry for the multiple commits related to Prettier. It seems I was battling a widespread line ending (CRLF) issue that caused Prettier to warn on almost all files.
