The sourdough framework is an open-source book dedicated tohelping you to make the best possible sourdough bread at home.

The book cover

Rather than providing recipes this book intends to provide aframework that enables you to bake bread in your respectiveenvironment. Every flour, every sourdough, and every home setupis different. This makes following recipes without backgroundinformation so hard and a fail-prone endeavor. This bookintends to close that gap.

Background

4 years after launching the repositoriesthe-bread-codeandpizza-dough Icreated this project to merge the knowledge together. Thisproject intends to go one step deeper into the workings ofnatural fermentation. At the same time as many scientific referencesas possible are provided.
