I'm connected to the GitHub MCP server on VSCode. When asking a GitHub related question in Copilot Agent mode, I'd get the following error:

Resource protected by organization SAML enforcement. You must grant your OAuth token access to this organization.

Couldn't find any issue related to this in this repo. Though I did findone in the CLI repo, which suggests me to re-authenticate to GitHub withgh auth login. I tried before prompting Copilot but no luck. Same error.
