Uses the
BuildPluginManagerfrom the bundler plugins to only inject the debug ID at the end of the build.The problem is that some files get two debug IDs injected as the Nuxt SDK uses both the Vite plugin and the Rollup plugin to handle both the Nuxt and the Nitro build.
