athletic_net_ranks is a file to scrape top 25 athletes in the state of nebraska for althetic.net's 'popular events'

CLEANED_athletic_net_ranks has the same functionality as athletic_net_ranks, but also cleans the databoth athletic_net_ranks and CLEANED_athletic_net_ranks are meant to be ran in google colab

"Scrape Athletic net year month range" grabs meet data for all meets in Nebraska given a start date through the end_month, end_year

"Scrape Historic Athletic net" grabs all meet data in Nabraksa from 2003-2023 (excluding 2020)

XC Meet Simulation grabs the top times for the given schools and state and creates a mock XC event based on ranked top times (boys)
