I would like to update vcpkg cpp-netlib instance. Currently vcpkg is referenced to version 0.13 and commitca95f04.
I see that version 0.13 is very different with master code, and it has problems with boost::spirit in boost 1.83.
Do you have a date when you create a tag with a new stable version? I could use this tag to update vcpkg and use with boost 1.83.
