The current content inNetworking describes things that are useful, but not what I'd think of first for networking.

1. Move the current content to other places as necessary
2. Use the "101" section from the google doc@bpmct put together as thisadmin/networking/index page
3. Add the other sections as a (or several) page under this to dive further into the networking stack.
