Page-related changes:
These might be needed to be split into sub-issues

• general new page layout padding, alignment, etc.
• new table layout
• • including the option to launch an app from the workspace list or to directly start a workspace (requested by customers)
• • new grouping
• • new menu to stop, delete or update a workspace
• new filter logic (same component that was recently introduced with the IdP org sync settings)
• new bulk actions
• (optional) introduces a tag for workspace quota consumption
