Implement event-focused landing page design with improved layout
Major improvements:- Hero section: 300px logo with white glow effect, optimized layout (3-6-3 columns)- Responsive design: Hero shrinks from 10rem to 6rem on scroll with smooth animations- Navigation: Renamed "Archive" to "Previous Events", moved folder from archive/ to events/- Card layout: Fixed equal heights for Featured Talks, preserved normal heights for other cards- Typography: Improved spacing and readability with better proportions- Branding: Updated Mastodon URL to phpc.social/@bephpug- Content: Updated to English-only with current event dataTechnical changes:- Enhanced CSS with scroll-triggered hero animations- JavaScript for dynamic hero resizing- Proper flexbox centering and responsive breakpoints- Fixed navbar spacing issues with proper padding calculations
