A preliminary exploration of visualizing the WES pathways using R. Generates asimple network graph using theigraph package.
Run therun_all.R script in the project root.
Data is from the 2015 WES survey, and may be found in the/data folder. TheCSVs are adapted from the Excel documents.graph_layout.csv uses manually-setx, y coordinates to place the various nodes.
Alpha. Most development work is being done on the web version (repo TBD).
