Current Behavior

We have a codebase where a combination query that includes a load is dropping any global sort (i.e. it doesn't have the final outerORDER BY but to query does return the data we expect (just in the wrong order). I think I've been able to reproduce this bug in the following PR

No ecto errors and the finalORDER BY is added to the SQL.
