This is an example React app that demonstrates the use ofFHIRFormJS to render aFHIR Questionnaire as a form. A JSON editor is added for real-time editing of theQuestionnaire.The Submission is aFHIR QuestionnaireResponse to any FHIR compliant server. You may spin up a FHIR server usingthis repo.
This project was bootstrapped withCreate React App.
