#E-PEMAS Application GuideWelcome to the E-PEMAS application guide! In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to use our application, which is designed to facilitate public complaints reporting and handling.
##Step 1: User RegistrationTo use our application, you need to register as a user first. This can be done by clicking on the "Register" button on the login page and filling out the registration form.
##Step 2: Report SubmissionAfter registering, you can submit a complaint report through the "Complaints" section of the application. Here, you can provide details of the complaint and attach any supporting documents.
##Step 3: Database ManagementAll complaint reports will be stored in the application's database, which can be accessed and managed by authorized personnel.
##Step 4: Petugas ManagementPetugas or officers are responsible for handling and verifying the complaint reports submitted by users. In the "Petugas" section of the application, authorized personnel can access and verify complaint reports based on the attached documents and information provided.
##Step 5: Verval SystemThe "Verval" system is used to validate and verify the authenticity of the complaint reports submitted by users. This system allows authorized personnel to verify the report and either approve or reject it based on the provided information.
##Step 6: Tanggapan SystemThe "Tanggapan" system is used to provide feedback to users on their complaint reports. This system allows authorized personnel to respond to complaints and provide feedback on the status of the complaint.
##Step 7: User AccessFinally, users can access the "User" section of the application to view the status of their complaint reports and any feedback provided by authorized personnel.

This repository holds the distributable version of the framework.It has been built from thedevelopment repository.

index.php is no longer in the root of the project! It has been moved inside thepublic folder,for better security and separation of components.
This means that you should configure your web server to "point" to your project'spublic folder, andnot to the project root. A better practice would be to configure a virtual host to point there. A poor practice would be to point your web server to the project root and expect to enterpublic/..., as the rest of your logic and theframework are exposed.
