Describe the feature

I'm hoping this isn't amajor bit of a work as it's incredibly critical to some of the plans I have with our CAD system in the future.

Essentially this optional feature would allow you to tie LEO & EMS/FD units to "regions", which would then only show them other units and the 911 calls and incidents with the same region within the dashboards.

Things such as departments, divisions, state codes, citizens and other values need not have the region field but this could be added to expand the features usability. If a value has a null/nil region value then it should be visible to all units.

The use case for most servers for this would be Los Santos and Blaine County separation within the same CAD instance. However the feature would also have the flexibly to be used to separate different FiveM servers to use the same CAD, which is how I would utilise this. (This is in a way similar to the work that was done for the LiveMap multi-server support, but expanded).

Happy to answer any questions on how I see this working as like I said I'm really keen to get some solution in to support this!
