Fixed issue: The displayed year value does not update when changing in MudDateRangePicker#12063

I update HighlightedDate upon the user clicking a year in the mud-picker-year.

Hi,
Please make sure all tests are passing. If you think a test contains an error, fix it, but at first glance, it looks like this fix might have broken theDateRange. I’m not sure.
Also, please add a new test to verify that the bug is fixed.

Ah I see now. I have read through the Contribution Guidelines and will make the required tests.. Thanks for the heads up!
