This plugin allows to create a commit message with the following template:
<type>(<scope>): <subject><BLANK LINE><body><BLANK LINE><footer>From the contribution guidelines of the Angular projecthere.
Install directly from the IDE plugin manager (File > Settings > Plugins > Browser repositories > Git Commit Template)
