Force users to useyarn instead ofnpm.

If runningnpm install instead ofyarn, the process will exit with error code1and print anerror message.

Note: this will not work if installing specific packages likenpm install my-package.

Note: this will not work if used withnpm install --save-dev --ignore-scripts.

Note: Use with>= yarn@1 requires>= use-yarn@2.
