Seller is dead, shop is closed no one to contact about this please give me some tehnical idea not directing.

By the way i tried disconnect and reconnect CANBUS device for 10 min.
And tried CAN Car model settings to change and set back default bot not solved
Which specific part could the problem be coming from (predictly) Sofwtare settings can cause this ?
