I was able to loop crashing the google play services.

also android setup will crash but only while setuping the phone
but after all this still not able to enter the settings in case some one can go further
.
Right after formting, dont connect to wifi
just insert sim with pin, once it ask the pin
take it out
drop menus or press on the notification
click on modes - settings - do not disturb - people
click on msgs -dont click on contacts, instead click on the gear
create contact name:a number:1
insert sim again to be able to send msg
send "www.youtube.com" youtube.com will not work, the "www" should be present and all low cap
enter the link
click on connect tv

Now enable and connect to wifi
go back
click on privacy to open chrome
in chrome search for mfdl.io
search for the dialer then click on the 3 dots then settings
click on flip to touch

click on search and search for storage
choose apps then find "google play services"
keep clearing storage like 5 times in a row, once it crash
go back to the main page and then android setup will crash, but for one 1 sec then come back and it stay in a loop of crashing once it crash you can swipe up and take you to home screen
or you can drop the notification
but after all this still not able to enter the settings

There aren't exploits yet for that. You have to wait and hope that one day someone finds an exploit. Meanwhile you can ask the seller to tell you the phone's lock screen code or lock screen pattern it had before they factory reseted it. If the seller cannot provide that then ask for a refund. If still not willing to do that then sue them. Other than that your only option is to wait for an exploit to be discovered.
