The doctor is no longer in.

ABC has opted to cancelDr. Ken after two seasons, EW has learned.

The multi-camera comedy featuredCommunity alum Ken Jeong as a doctor balancing life with his family and his HMO. In season 2, the show has averaged 5.1 million viewers per episode, with a 1.1 in the 18-to-49 demo, which was down from its first season.

ABC also took out sophomore sitcomThe Real O’Neals and freshman comedyImaginary Mary.O’Neals premiered last year and during its final season averaged 3.7 million and 1.2 adults 18-49.Mary premiered just this and averaged 3.6 million viewers and a 1.0 in the demo.

But it’sDr. Ken that’s the biggest headline here. Jeong also served as an executive producer for the series and was a doctor in real life before pursuing an acting career. The show also made references to Jeong’s previous gig onCommunityby casting his former castmates in guest roles. Alison Brie andCommunity creator Dan Harmon played versions of themselves in the season 2 finale, which saw Dr. Ken (Jeong) audition for a role in a — wink, wink — community college-set TV series. Joel McHale, Danny Pudi, Jim Rash, Gillian Jacobs, and Yvette Nicole Brown also appeared on the series.

Dr. Ken aired its last episode on Mar. 31.
