Zifeng Tower (Greenland Center-Zifeng Tower orGreenland Square Zifeng Tower, formerlyNanjing Greenland Financial Center)[4][5] is a 450-meter (1,480 ft) supertallskyscraper (special class of skyscraper) inNanjing,Jiangsu. The 66-story building completed in 2010 comprises retail and office. Floors 49/71 feature a hotel, numerous restaurants, and apublic observatory. The tower's stepping is functional; office, hotel, and retail are located above grade, while the restaurants and the public observatory are housed at the top of the tower.[4] The building is currently thetallest in Nanjing and Jiangsu province, theeleventh tallest in China and thetwentieth tallest in the world.[citation needed]

Architectural firmSkidmore, Owings and Merrill designed the building, led byAdrian Smith.[4][6][7] The Tower occupies an area of 18,721 square meters. The Nanjing GreenlandInterContinental Hotel is located within the tower.[citation needed]
