Zenon Stanisław Nowosz (born 6 February 1944 inWarsaw) is a Polishsprinter who participated in world athletics forPoland in the late 1960s and 1970s. He competed in the60 metres,100 metres and200 metres.

Nowosz won abronze medal at the1969 European Championships in Athletics inAthens in200 metres. At the1971 Championships inHelsinki he won asilver medal in4 x 100 metres relay. He became a European Champion at1978 Championships inPrague in4 x 100 metres relay.

He also won asilver medal inVienna in60 metres at the1970 European Indoor Championships in Athletics, behind winnerValeriy Borzov. At the same distance he on agold medal at1973 Championships inRotterdam.

Nowosz participated in three Olympic Games: in1968 Mexico City,1972 Munich and1976 Montreal.
