Turner appeared alongsideGwyneth Paltrow andJohn Hannah in the 1998 romantic drama filmSliding Doors, and as Dr. Angela Moloney (again withJohn Hannah) in the television seriesMcCallum (1995–1998).[1] In 2001, she appeared in the comedy filmOn the Nose as Carol Lenahan, withDan Aykroyd andRobbie Coltrane.
Turner has won the Best Actress award at the Reims International Television Festival and the Golden FIPA at the 2004Festival International de Programmes Audiovisuels.[2]
Turner is married to fellow actorReece Dinsdale and they live inYorkshire, England with their children.[3]
