Yu Baiwei (Chinese:于柏巍, alsoromanized asYu Beiwei; born 17 July 1988), also known by theWestern nameBerry Yu,[1] is a Chineseice hockey player andcaptain of theChinese national team and ofShenzhen KRS in theChinese Women's Ice Hockey League (WCHIL). A three-time medalist at theAsian Winter Games, she represented China in thewomen's ice hockey tournament at the2010 Winter Olympics inVancouver[2][3] and in thewomen's ice hockey tournament at the2022 Winter Olympics inBeijing.

Yu previously played forKunlun Red Star WIH and the Shenzhen KRS Vanke Rays of the now-defunctCanadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL), theEdmonton Chimos of the now-defunctWestern Women's Hockey League (WWHL), and in theNaisten SM-sarja with Team China. She signed with theMinnesota Whitecaps of theNational Women's Hockey League (NWHL) for the2019–20 season.[4][5]
