Yan Dakai (Chinese:阎达开; 1913–1997) was aPeople's Republic of China politician. He was born inLaoting County,Hebei. He was CPPCC Committee Chairman of his home province (1964–1967) andTianjin (1979–1980). He was a delegate to the4th National People's Congress and5th National People's Congress and a member of theCentral Advisory Commission.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
