Michael Alexander White,^{[citation needed]} better known asXunami Muse, is a Panamaniandrag performer based in the United States (underDACA).^[3] She competed onseason 16 ofRuPaul's Drag Race, where she placed 9th.

Early life

White was born and raised inColón, Panama,^[4] and moved toBrooklyn^[5] at the age of thirteen in 2002.^[6] She also lived inNew Jersey before moving toWashington Heights, Manhattan.^[7]

Career

White has been described as a drag performer, model, and collection coordinator.^[8] She first discovered drag at a club namedEscuelita, and first performed as Xunami in March 2018.^[9]

Xunami was later adopted as the "drag daughter" ofKandy Muse, who competed onseason 13 ofRuPaul's Drag Race.^[10] During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Xunami Muse was part of the line-up of "Digital Drag: An Online Drag Show", which streamed on Twitch.^[11] In December 2023, she was announced as a contestant for thesixteenth season ofDrag Race.^[12] She is the second contestant from Panama to compete on the series, afterSerena ChaCha ofseason five.^[13] She placed 9th overall in the season, and was voted as Miss Congeniality, alongsideSapphira Cristál, by their fellow contestants.
