TheXiapu dialect (Chinese:霞浦話;pinyin:Xiápǔ huà;Bàng-uâ-cê:Hà-puō-uâ) is a dialect ofEastern MinChinese spoken inXiapu,Ningde in northeasternFujian province ofChina.
