Xhonatan Lajthia (born 1 February 1999) is an Albanian professionalfootballer who plays as amidfielder for Albanian clubAF Elbasani.[1]
Lajthia started his youth career atKF Teuta Durrës in 2011. In the 2014–15 season he played 14 games with under-17 side.[2]
On 3 January 2020, Lajthia returned toKF Erzeni on a contract for the rest of the season.[3]
He participated withAlbania national under-16 football team in theUEFA Development Tournament 2015 and played 1 match under coachAlban Bushi on 3 May 2015.[4][5]
He also was called up atAlbania national under-19 football team by coachArjan Bellaj to participate in the2017 UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification from 6–11 October 2016.[6] He played in all three matches as a substitute.[7]
He received his first call up for theAlbania under-20 side by coachAlban Bushi for the doublefriendly match againstAzerbaijan U-21 on 21 & 26 January 2018.[8]
