William I. Ausich is an American paleontologist. He is Academy Professor of Earth Sciences atOhio State University and Director of the Orton Geological Museum.[1]
Ausich received theCharles Schuchert Award of thePaleontological Society for early career researchers in 1990.[2] He was awarded theRaymond C. Moore Medal by theSociety for Sedimentary Geology in 2018.[3][4]
