William Gilbey is a British screenwriter.

Gilbey works frequently with his brother, film directorJulian Gilbey, and is best known for such films asReckoning Day,[1]Rollin' With The Nines,[2]Rise of the Footsoldier,[3]Doghouse[4] andA Lonely Place to Die.[5]

In 2013 he co-wrote the international thrillerPlastic with Julian Gilbey and Chris Howard.[6]
