TheStoryGraph is a site similar to GoodReads, which is already on the list, so it should be in scope for the page.
It has a quite large database of books and tools to help people to keep track of to read lists, rate and review books, organize book circles, read-alongs and other activities.
The URL for a given ISBN should probably behttps://app.thestorygraph.com/browse?search_term=MAGICNUMBER212.247.182.250 (talk)08:55, 21 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Do we want to keep Copyright Clearance Center in the list? What would be the justification? While I don't think it's completely meaningless, the chance of being it useful seems slim in the context of clicking an ISBN link in a Wikipedia article. CCC's main service seems to be to help acquiring permission to reuse proprietary content with a fee. (But I doubt it helps you to persuade an author to release their work under CC BY SA.) I foundthis note in the talk page archives but it didn't provide much reasoning behind the addition. If someone needs help in accessing sources, I think the other links here are enough.Whym (talk)10:06, 5 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Noticed that the current search of an ISBN in amazon.ca seems to fail if the ISBN is given as a string of digits with no dash, i.e.https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=9781118388679 fails whereashttps://www.amazon.ca/s?k=978-1443427999 succeedsNessman (talk)16:30, 2 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
