If the year is the only orprimary topic it should just be at its name such as835 (notAD 835), if it requires disambiguation thenatural disambiguator "AD" is added such asAD 365. In general the number qualified with year (such as112 (year)) redirects to the AD year and a hatnote then directs to the BC year such asAD 112 containing a hatnote to112 BC. The following discussions only affect 3 digit numbers (and 1000) but the titling applies to all years. Using natural disambiguation was questioned with the 911 move and but it was still moved from911 (year) toAD 911 for consistency and because of problems with templates and this convention hasn't been questioned since.
