There's a funny story for this crossword (I was the editor). It got lost for a few months and when I found it, the constructor,Cremastra, told meI honestly can't remember ever making that one, and don't have the answers written down anywhere. That one was actually quite easy for me. For me, the hardest one, as someone who had never heard of the phrase originally, was down-2. I had to look at the spoiler to get it.
