1. DevelopFrench language into an article more complete and more suitable to be used in reference for defining dialects of French
2. Define the best approach to describing dialects of French in Wikipedia and develop an appropriate template
3. Determine what are the dialects of French and organise them in a hierarchy based on importance and similitude as to determine in reference to what other dialect one specific dialect should be described
4. Get those damn articles actually written
