A major disappointment for a lot of folks with Wikipedia is that what is important tothem is dismissed by Wikipedia editors curtly as failing "notability" requirements. The underlying problem is that we live on a big planet, with a lot of human beings on it (estimated7,099,387,680 as of 00:01 GMT April 1, 2011). There are a lot of good (and interestingly bad) people, noble (and ignoble) organizations, promising bands, up and coming little businesses, etc.We can't cover them all. The English-language Wikipedia alone already has 7,096,088 articles, with more coming every day.
