Welcome! Thank you for joining the judges panel atSausages for tasting. We are a diverse group ofsausage aficionados who have volunteered our time to bring the world thebest tasting sausages. Sausages with ourmark of approval areavailable to everyone,free of charge.
Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of our taste testings:
Above all else, we only recommend a sausage if ittastes good. It must be made withquality ingredients that deliver afull flavor experience.
During all taste testing, judges are to remain neutral in regards tohow the sausage is made. Issues with a sausage makersconnections ortrading in the farming and livestock markets should be taken up with theSausage Integrity Board or theSausage Makers Senate, and have no bearing on thetaste of the sausage.
We are not here to judge the quality of thepackaging. All sausages should beremoved from their packaging and placed in the standardblack box before tasting. Issues withmarkings on sausage casings can be fixed with our patent-pendingsausage casing cleaning process. In extreme cases, asausage casing replacement may be used.
