Not mentioned in target article. Also, not mentioned inShades of gray. The only article that seems to mention the subject of this redirect isLincoln Continental Mark IV, but that doesn't seem like it will be an appropriate retargeting option. Probably best to delete this redirect perWP:REDLINK.Steel1943 (talk)20:45, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This redirect confuses Kurşunlu in İnegöl district of Bursa Province with another place with the same name in Gemlik district which is the subject of the target page.Peter James (talk)11:24, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This term has multiple meanings unrelated to the 2014 UK legislation that's the current target. Most commonly, it can refer to any order for people to disperse, usually given by police (as inGeorge Floyd protests in New York City#Department of Investigation report,United States Park Police#Notable events or1967 Century City demonstration#March and violence, for example, just to name a few uses in the encyclopaedia). As a defined term in UK legislation, it also seems to predate the 2014 law: seethis 2007 summary of theAnti-Social Behaviour Act 2003. As such, I think this is asurprising and unhelpful redirect from a broad term to a much narrower use. – Arms & Hearts (talk)15:22, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete to redlink it and encourage article creation. This is a topic worthy of discussion, I think. Alternatively, a "list of dispersal orders" article could be created and this redirected to that instead, which is basically what a disambiguation page would need to be in this case, but I feel like such a list might be too broad and be one of those endless lists we try to avoid, so I'd prefer a straight article to be created, which brings me back to what I said before.Fieari (talk)05:52, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- I agree that this is too broad to be a viable disambiguation page. Different types of dispersal orders are discussed in different articles, but the phrase itself isn't so much an ambiguous term as an everyday term that's used in a wide variety of contexts with essentially the same meaning. – Arms & Hearts (talk)18:37, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This redirect is meant to refer to a character in theSamurai Shodown franchise (seeher article on the wiki), and it's a leftover of a move back in 2005, but it was eventually redirected to the current target after its previous targets (including the original page) were merged with the target, and later the content was removed. There are also characters likeShiki Misaki andShiki Tohno, but I'm not fully sure which (if any) would be a more appropriate location for this redirect. Some other options are deletion and retargeting it toShiki#Fiction, but I'm not sure which the best course of action here is. Thoughts on this matter? Regards,SONIC67800:53, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
