Carbon gas

The result of the discussion wasprocedural keep. Nominator appears to have socked to skew discussion and/or simply disrupt, to a sufficient extent that I don't think it would be a fair reading of consensus just to count those left over. After all, people may choose not to participate in a discussion where it appears consensus is already forming. As evidence, note the three !votes here by Thai IPs: the nominator and the two 2405:9800s. The 2405:9800s did a similar thing atWikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 December 31 § Armenians andWikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 December 13 § Cyclon. But all of those are gases in their elemental state (except for iodine). There is noallotrope of carbon that is a gas.
