Not mentioned at the target, this appears to be the name of a genre coined by Spotify[1][2] that seems to be on the borderline of meeting notability itself. In the absence of a DUE description anywhere on Wikipedia, however, the redirect should probably be deleted for now.signed,Rosguilltalk21:12, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This journal isn't mentioned in the target or discussed in any other article (articles in the journal are cited in a few articles, but none of those would make a useful target).Discussion at the target talk page hasn't indicated any interest in adding a mention to the target. – Arms & Hearts (talk)14:47, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- The result of the discussion wasprocedural keep. Nominator appears to have socked to skew discussion and/or simply disrupt, to a sufficient extent that I don't think it would be a fair reading of consensus just to count those left over. After all, people may choose not to participate in a discussion where it appears consensus is already forming. As evidence, note the three !votes here by Thai IPs: the nominator and the two 2405:9800s. The 2405:9800s did a similar thing atWikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 December 31 § Armenians andWikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 December 13 § Cyclon. While it's possible that the nominator is innocently caught up in abuse perpetrated by a fellow-countryperson (given that they don't geolocate perfectly together), I see that as an unlikely coincidence given their !vote after three(!) 2405:9800 !votes at theCyclon RfD. @65.92 and@Mdewman6: Feel free to re-nominate this.(non-admin closure)--Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they)23:09, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Retarget toCarbon, as there are many forms of carbon that are gaseous, or maybeCarbon cycle.223.207.113.226 (talk)07:36, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Retarget gaseous carbon is a phase of carbon. Further, it is not gaseous carbon that is the greenhouse gas, nor is it particularly referring to carbon monoxide. --65.92.246.142 (talk)03:22, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Current target isn't the worst thing ever, because any of the common gases containing carbon are greenhouse gases, but there is no way to know what a user is seeking with this ambiguous, vague search term, so delete to defer to search results.Mdewman6 (talk)16:12, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Retarget toCarbon per nom and IPs.2405:9800:BA31:F6:2D51:E764:39B6:55EA (talk)08:18, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]- I have struck the bolded portion of this, on the assumption that the lower vote by another IP2405:9800 is by the same person (AGFing that it is intended to supersede this one). (Assuming, though, that IP2405:201 is adifferent person, since they're in Thailand and the other 2405s are in India.)--Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they)22:57, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. Some redirects from gaseous elements likeHydrogen gas →Hydrogen,Nitrogen gas →Nitrogen,Oxygen gas →Oxygen gas,Chlorine gas →Chlorine,Argon gas →Argon, and many others already exist as a proper redirect. Also the IP requested for theredirect creation ofIodine gas →Iodine too!2405:9800:BA31:F6:2D51:E764:39B6:55EA (talk)08:22, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- But all of those are gases in their elemental state (except for iodine). There is noallotrope of carbon that is a gas. The term "carbon gas" more likely would refer to a gas containing carbon, of which there are many possibilities (seeList of gases).Mdewman6 (talk)22:18, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- There is plenty of gaseous carbon in the universe. Stellar spectrums show that stars have it is plasma state of gas --65.92.246.142 (talk)22:30, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In theprevious discussion,Benjamin Mako HilladdedZombie Jesus andZombie Jesus Day to theList of Internet phenomena page. As long as that portion of the page survives, retargetting there seems like the best option.
It has not survived –Master Deusomaremoved it less than a year later, rendering the redirect useless. Given that nothing links to the page, and the meme is by now rather outdated as far as I’m aware, i think it should be okay to delete the redirect. (PingA. Parrot, who also participated in the previous discussion and is still active.)Galaktos (talk)10:06, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
