The former is a simple typo of this stadium's sponsored name (Signal Iduna Park) and is uncommon enough that it was only used on one page on Wikipedia (one user's userpage, which I've now corrected), while the latter is a simple typo of the stadium's unsponsored name (i.e. the target article) and isn't linked to anywhere on Wikipedia. These are vague disambiguators that I don't think are helpful in determining a specific conflict. "Early history" to my mind would conjure a conflict at an early time in human history, probably to a Biblical conflict. By that same token, "recent history" is relative.
