Delete this redirect. The redirection makes no sense, and are probably created to cause confusion between Rossiya Segodnya and the TV channel RT, which was known as Russia Today prior to its rebranding in 2009.Erlbaeko (talk)09:42, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This page suffered from copy-paste page move attempt. The title is a previous name ofRT TV network, which is probably still mostly known by this name. There is alsoRossiya Segodnya news agency, whose name is translated as "Russia Today" from Russian, andRussian Federation Today. All three articles contain disambiguation hatnotes pointing to each other. —Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk•track)08:48, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

- Which would be enough of disambiguation. Alternative option would be to speedy delete this redirect and moveRussia Today (disambiguation) here. —Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk•track)09:03, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep:Russia Today as a disambiguation page to explain the alternative uses of the term "Russia Today". Imo the pageRussia Today (disambiguation) may be deleted, but this type of redirect is used to indicate any intentional links to the disambiguation page, to distinguish them from accidental or erroneous incoming links that should be disambiguated to the appropriate article. Ref.WP:DABNAME. If a page incorrectly links to "Russia Today", but means the TV network RT, it should be corrected to use the new name (they changed name in 2009) like thisRT (TV network) or like thisRT. SeeHelp:Disambiguation for correct use of disambiguation pages.Erlbaeko (talk)10:58, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I believe you got me wrong. I mostly changed the redirection to a disambiguation page to clarify that RT and Rossiya Segodnya are two separate companies, and also to "force" users to use the correct name, since I have noticed that some users deliberately use the old name.Erlbaeko (talk)13:48, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I get it. Although I don't really think this is indeed needed, my main problem is with the way you did it – you should have deleted redirect and then moved the disambiguation page. —Dmitrij D. Czarkoff (talk•track)13:58, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Ok, sorry if I didn't follow a rule. I am not familiar with every policy.Erlbaeko (talk)14:40, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Ok, I have reverted it to redirect while the topic is under discussion.Erlbaeko (talk)08:36, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The supposedly album title of this article is(ONe) then this was moved to''(ONe)'' (with its italic format two apostrophes on each sides) because this was unable to italicize the title. Then I made myrequest to move back to(ONe) but this was decided to move toOne (The Panic Channel album) instead. Now I am considering this to delete because most people will unable to search that term.j3j3j3...pfH0wHz03:09, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

- The result of the discussion waskeep, refining target to #International sports events. As the latter entry was merged there, its history needs to be preserved in all but extreme circumstances. The first could be deleted, but I believe bots create redirects from existing names minus the diacritics, so it may just get recreated. Given the lack of evidence that these redirects could be misleading or otherwise harmful, they stay. --BDD (talk)16:57, 11 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
