It is not anencyclopedic article, nor one ofWikipedia's policies or guidelines; rather, its purpose is to explain certain aspects ofWikipedia:Manual of Style/Accessibility. It may reflect differing levels ofconsensus andvetting.

All users, regardless of disability, should be able to read, navigate, and contribute to Wikipedia easily. Therefore, when editing articles:

Don't impede theability to distinguishlinks from regular text.
Don't usescrolling lists or collapsible sections to conceal content. (See exceptions in theManual of Style).
Don't usecolor as the only means of conveying information.
Don't usetables for layout—use<div> blocks instead.
Don't leaveblank lines between list items.
Don't useUnicode characters as icons or images.
Don'tsandwich text between two images, anddon't usefixed image sizes unless absolutely necessary.
