B. M. Wijesiri Basnayake is aSri Lankan politician and a member of theNational People's Power. He was elected to theparliament in the2024 Sri Lankan parliamentary election representingKurunegala Electoral District.[1][2] He is a senior lecturer, Faculty of Business Studies and Finance, inWayamba University of Sri Lanka.[3] He also engaged as an executive committee member of Kurunegala District.[4]
