"Who Will Know" is a song composed in 2016 byShiro Sagisu for thesoundtrack of the 2016Godzilla film,Shin Godzilla.[2] The song is the 13th track.[3] Instrumental sounds and tuning were done by the London Studio Orchestra in 2016.[1]
The song describes the constant agony experienced byShin Godzilla from radiation and transformations, resulting from hisnuclear waste origin.[4]
The CD release ofShin Godzilla's soundtrack features a slightly different version than what plays in the movie itself, having a unique intro to the version included in the film. The song also received an instrumental version as a bonus track on the CD release.
During a live concert, a Furusato version of "Who Will Know" was performed byYoko Takahashi for theShin Godzilla vs. Evangelion Symphony in 2017.[5] It became the ninth song of the ten on Disc 2.[6]
