West Virginia Route 14 is a north–southstate highway in the western portion of theU.S. state ofWest Virginia. The southern terminus of the route is atU.S. Route 33 inSpencer,Roane County. The northern terminus is atInterstate 77 exit 185 andWest Virginia Route 31 on the southern outskirts ofWilliamstown,Wood County.

The portion of the road from Williamstown toMineral Wells in Wood County was part ofU.S. Route 21 until US 21 was decommissioned statewide in 1974.
