WLFJ-FM (89.3MHz) is anon-commercialradio station,licensed toGreenville, South Carolina, and serving theUpstate, includingSpartanburg,Anderson andClemson. Owned by theRadio Training Network, it broadcasts aContemporary Christian music (primarilyChristian AC)format, known as "His Radio 89.3." SeveralChristian talk and teaching shows are also included in the weekday schedule, hosted byJim Daly,David Jeremiah andCharles Stanley.[2]

WLFJ-FM has aneffective radiated power (ERP) of 41,000watts (horizontal) and 37,000 watts (vertical). Thetransmitter is on Tower Road inTravelers Rest, South Carolina.[3]

  • HD2 carriesHis Radio Z, a youth-orientedChristian CHR format; it is syndicated from the First Baptist Church of Spartanburg'sWHRZ-LP.
  • HD3 carriesHis Radio Praise, acontemporary worship music format. It is also available on FM via 103.9WSHP-FM Easley and 89.7 W209CM-Simpsonville. The main channel simulcastsHis Radio Praise from 8 am to 12 noon on Sunday mornings.
  • HD4 carriesClassic His Radio, which airs a classic CCM format.[5] It is available on FM via 91.9WHRT-FM Cokesbury, and the translator 92.9 W225AZ. Under alocal marketing agreement, was formerly heard oniHeartMedia'sdaytimerWLFJ 660 AM, but this arrangement ended in August 2019.[6] Until April 15, 2023, the subchannel carriedHis Radio Talk, which aired Christian talk and teaching programming.[5][6]

In addition to the main station, WLFJ-FM issimulcast on 105.1 WGFJ inCross Hill, South Carolina, which serves the western portion of the Upstate. It also operates 9FM translators that bring the main signal or one of its HD channels into portions of theAtlanta,Asheville andCharlotteradio markets.
