Volodymyr Ivanovych Horilyi (Ukrainian:Володимир Іванович Горілий; born 11 October 1965) is a Soviet and Ukrainian retiredfootballdefender and afootballcoach.
Horilyi played for a number of teams based inUSSR includingTavriya Simferopol,Dynamo Kyiv,Zenit Leningrad andDnipro Dnipropetrovsk, as well as forIsraeli sideHapoel Haifa.
In 1983 and 1986 Horilyi took part in the Summer Spartakiads of the Peoples of the USSR in the team of Ukrainian SSR.[2]
He was capped three times forUkraine in 1995.
He managedDnipro Dnipropetrovsk reserve team.
His sonTaras Horilyi is also a professional footballer.
