Vladimir Andreyevich Puchkov (Russian:Владимир Андреевич Пучков; born 1 January 1959) is a Russianpolitician who served asMinister of Emergency Situations from May 2012 to May 2018.

He holds the military rank ofGeneral Lieutenant and the federal state civilian service rank of1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[2]
