Virginia's 5th House of Delegates district is one of 100 seats in theVirginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state'sbicameral legislature. District 5 covers portions of the city ofAlexandria. The district is represented by Democratic DelegateElizabeth Bennett-Parker.[1]
