Vinay Kumar Dwivedi was born on 15 October 1971 inGonda, Uttar Pradesh, to aHindu family of Ambika Prasad Dwivedi.[1][4] He married Poonam Dwivedi in 1995, and they had four children.[1]
Vinay Kumar Dwivedi completed his post-graduation atDr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University,Faizabad.[5]
